Proto Yamame parabolic 7’2″ #5 4pcs

This is the first prototype Parabolic rod of  Yamame. The blank is developed and made by Mike McFarland.The rod is medium action. In the next couple of weeks I will test it thoroughly. The final color and name of the rod is not decided yet. The Snake Brand universals guides, agate by Joe Arguello are all wrapped with YLI daffodil yellow silk and some tipping with olive Pearsall’s gossamer silk, the flor grade cork grip, bamboo insert and the polished alu hardware are all turned in the shop. This rod is excellent also for backpacking.
